(inside joke, one of our salesmen looked up a youtube fix for one of our used cars, and instead of selling and installing a replacement part, the used car manager demanded we follow the youtube fix and solder some wires)

lol oh man that’s epic :] I can see our UCD manager do something like that.
Funny story, he was trying to show one customer about pinch protection on some Cadillac. According to youtube of course. As the window goes up, he put his finger along the track until... you guessed it, it pinched the fuck out of his finger lolz! All we heard was screaming towards the customer to help push the button down LOL!
